How do I verify my identity using the app?Verifying your identity using the CV Wallet app is a simple process that involves two steps: email verification and a liveness check. To ensure a smooth experience, follow these steps within the app: Email Verification: Click on the verification link to confirm your email address, which will validate your email. Liveness Check: Complete the in-app liveness check, which requires you to take a selfie and follow the simple on-screen instructions. This additional layer of verification confirms your identity and reassures potential employers of your authenticity.

Once you have created your CV using the profile builder, head to the share screen and choose one of the following: Text, email, WhatsApp or any other native device settings Use your personal QR code which loads your CV in a browser (You also control how long this page is live for) Add your CV to your Apple/Google wallet

Is my personal data secure and where is it stored?Very. Not only is your data secured on your phone, but it is also encrypted at all times.

I am concerned about data privacy...So are we! Which is one of the main reasons we developed the CV Wallet. You have complete control over your data, and what you share with whom. Only with your express permission can others see it. Even here at CV Wallet HQ, we have no access to your data, as it is fully encrypted and resides on your phone.

Can I delete my account?Technically, we do not require a login to use our app - so no account is required. However, if you wish to delete your data you can do so by clicking “About the App“ then select “Account deletion”. This will completely delete your account and data, and remove any server data (e.g. when you have shared your CV with an employer).
